In this episode, we discuss:
About Carl:
Carl Walsh is a speaker, small business consultant, creativity strategist, and award-winning actor and director who brings a unique perspective to leadership and business. With 20 years as an actor and director, including training at London’s Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, and 25 years in corporate management (including as an IT Director) Carl discovered that many of the skills he learned in theater were equally powerful in business: collaboration, adaptability, communication, creativity, and thinking on your feet.
Today, as co-founder of Alpha Dogs Small Business Coaching and a certified Red Team Thinking coach, Carl helps small businesses strengthen communication, embrace diverse perspectives, foster creativity, and make better decisions. His approach is grounded in a simple but powerful philosophy: not every loss is a loss. His own career has been shaped by unexpected pivots, rejection, layoffs, and opportunities that appeared because other doors closed.
